Tokyo Enters into Nuclear Energy Talks with New Delhi

Tokyo -- On Monday, the Japanese government will begin talks on a "Japan-India Agreement for Cooperation in the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy," which will clear the way for Japanese nuclear companies to do business in India.
