Japan is Concerned about Demonstrations' Casualties in Bahrain, Yemen and Libya

Tokyo- (PanOrient News) The Japanese government said it is concerned with the death and injury caused as a result of demonstrations that took place on 18th February 2011 in Bahrain, Yemen, and Libya.

A statement by the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo said Japan urges each government to respond to peaceful demonstrations by peaceful means and in a restrained manner.

Japan hopes that each government continue to make progress in its reforms to establish the rule of law and freedom of expressions and stability and security be maintained in the Middle East and North Africa.
