Japan's ambassador to Syria, Mr. Toshiro Suzuki (second from left) and ambassadors of USA, France and Germany, extend condolences to the family and friends of Syrian human rights activist, Ghiyath Mattar, who reportedly “died of torture while in the custody of Syrian Security Forces.”
