Japan Condemns the Terrorist Attack against Professors in Tehran

Tokyo - Japan`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued today the following statment "on the Terrorist Attack against Professors in Tehran, the Islamic Republic of Iran":

December 1, 2010

A terrorist attack was carried out on November 29 (Mon) against a professor near a University located in Tehran, capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Japan expresses its heartfelt sympathy for the victim and sends condolences to the bereaved family. Japan also offers its sympathy to those wounded in the attack. Japan condemns terrorism in all forms and for all purposes, and strongly reiterates that no act of terrorism can be justified.
