Japan Times Gets It Wrong on the SDP

Tokyo -- In a Japan Times editorial published today, a flawed analysis of the departure of Kiyomi Tsujimoto from the SDP is offered to its readers.

In the Japan Times' understanding of the event, Tsujimoto's exit "symbolizes the conflict within the SDP between idealism and realism, the former represented by Ms. Fukushima and the latter by Ms. Tsujimoto."
